With nearly two decades of real estate experience under her belt, Robyn is the heartbeat behind our listing operations. Her journey began in 2006 as a dedicated high school student assisting Keller Williams Premier leadership after school; a role that quietly planted the seeds for what would grow into a thriving, long-term real estate career.
After graduating high school, Robyn quickly became an integral part of KW Premier first serving as Administrative Assistant and later earning her real estate license in 2011. Since then, she’s worked alongside several top-producing agents in the Katy area, honing a deep understanding of market dynamics, client service, and listing coordination.
Today, as our trusted Listing Manager, Robyn oversees the back-end of every listing with unmatched care and precision; from file management and compliance to marketing launches and MLS presentation. She ensures that every property is positioned with excellence online and behind the scenes, allowing the team to move swiftly, professionally, and with peace of mind. Her sharp eye and steady presence make her a valuable asset to both our clients and our success.
Operations Experience Manager
Marli serves as a steady hand behind the scenes, helping guide and support the coordination side of our business. She works closely with both our Listing and Transaction Managers to ensure files move efficiently, timelines stay intact, and systems run smoothly; even when the unexpected arises.
Though clients may not interact directly with her often, Marli is a key part of the operational backbone of the team, stepping in when coverage is needed and providing leadership to keep everything aligned and on track. Her oversight helps maintain the consistency, organization, and service standard our team is known for, no matter who’s on the front lines.
